Shipping Policy:

All orders shipped every Monday with valid credit card number from Ottawa, ON, Canada.

If the postal service attempts delivery but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card in your door/mailbox to indicate your local post office where your shipment can be picked-up.

If shipment is returned due to non-acceptance or the customer makes no attempt to pick-up their shipment,  it will be returned to our office at our expense.  If customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for return shipment to our office plus new shipping fee for re-shipment.

Canadian Shipments:
Shipping within Canada via "Canada Post Expedited Service", from our CDN office.

USA Shipments:
Shipping to U.S.A via "Canada Post Expedited Service or UPS" from our CDN office and billed to you at 'our actual cost'.
Pricing for all US orders are in US funds; therefore no exchange is shown on your credit card statement.

All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials, from date of purchase. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace product at no charge.

As this is a personal product, all sales are final with NO returns.
