All orders shipped every Friday with valid credit card number from Ottawa, ON, Canada.
If the postal service attempts delivery but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card in your door/mailbox to indicate your local post office where your shipment can be picked-up.
If shipment is returned due to non-acceptance or the customer makes no attempt to pick-up their shipment, it will be returned to our office at our expense. If customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for return shipment to our office plus new shipping fee for re-shipment.
Shipping within Canada via "Canada Post Expedited Service", from our CDN office.
Shipping to U.S.A via "Canada Post Expedited Service and USPS" from our CDN office and billed to you at 'our actual cost'.
Pricing is in CDN funds and all currency conversions will be shown on your credit card statement.
All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials, from date of purchase. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace product at no charge.

We are so sure first-time buyers will love our buckwheat hull products, we have implemented a new refund/return policy, effective June 1, 2014. After 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may contact us for a full refund and instructions on how to return the product to us. This means that you cannot request a return until you have had the pillow for 30 days. A sufficient amount of time is usually required for your body to become accustomed to your new sleeping position.
Please contact our office so we may confirm refund details and return process. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Return shipping is at Customer's expense.
