Shipping, Warranty, Guarantee, Returns & Refunds
All orders shipped every Monday/Friday with valid credit card number from Ottawa, ON, Canada.
If the postal service/courier attempts delivery but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card/Notification Card in your door/mailbox to indicate your local post office where your shipment can be picked-up.
If shipment is returned due to non-acceptance or the customer makes no attempt to pick-up their shipment, it will be returned to our office at our expense. If customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for return shipment to our office plus new shipping fee for re-shipment.
Canadian & USA Shipments:
Shipping within Canada and USA are via "Canada Post - Expedited Service" and/or USPS or UPS Regular, both from our CDN office. All shipping costs are billed to you "at our cost".
All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials, from date of purchase. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace product at no charge.
As this is a personal product, all sales are final with NO returns.
